Natural Woman Progesterone Cream is a technologically advanced cream developed from all-natural ingredients in a light, greaseless, moisturizing, aloe vera-based formula. It is hypoallergenic and free of artificial colors and fragrances. Natural progesterone is bioidentical to the hormone produced by the human body. To maintain proper hormone balance and prevent the symptoms of estrogen dominance, according to Joh R. Lee M.D., it is very important that natural progesterone be used with any form of estrogen.

Apply topically as needed. Menopausal women: First three months of use apply 1/4 tsp cream twice daily, morning and night (1 jar per month). For even distribution alternate application to face, neck, chest, breast, palms and inner arms. Discontinue cream for 5 consecutive days per month. The fourth month of use reduce use to 1/2 jar per 1/8 tsp month, applying twice daily.

Menstruating women use 1/4 tsp twice daily starting on day 12 (day 1 is first day of period) until day 26. After 2 months reduce to 1/8 tsp twice daily. If bleeding starts before day 26 stop the cream. Begin counting up to day 12 and start the cream again.
